WordPress Projects

This site rebuild involved a custom child theme. The client requested no page builder be used, so all dynamic elements were achieved using custom PHP code.

MyClinicShop.com WooCommerce Order Approval Plugin(opens in a new tab)

This client required a method of approving dropshipped orders before processing. Existing options were not compatible with the payment workflow so a custom solution was needed. The plugin introduced custom order statuses, modified the WooCommerce dashboard, and notified customers when their order was approved or rejected.

This site refresh involved the creation of multiple custom post types, reformatting schema content, while working within design guidelines. All without the use of a page builder.

Kitman Labs was one of my most ambitious WordPress projects. This long-term project included full motion graphics and compliance with style guides for multiple partner organizations.  Special attention was paid to optimizing load times and ensuring the best possible user experience while maintaining robust visual elements.

This event website required constantly changing thematic elements to highlight the most most recent pop culture trends. Images were routinely swapped out while keeping the sites main framework intact and consistant.

This project began by converting their existing sites design to be a matching WordPress theme. Additions included a client undateable calendar and event scheduling system.

This project was for a WordPress site with Woocomerce powered eCommerce solution for a monthly mystery box. Customer credit card data was saved securely and charged monthly or quarterly to align with which options they selected when signing up. Custom code was written to align charge dates.

This project required interfacing with various data sources to retrieve content. An event scheduling system was added. Multiple custom post types were involved to streamline the clients ability to edit and reuse data.

This website required special attention to local SEO to make them the top craft brewing destination. This site was designed from the ground up with responsiveness and mobile first design in mind.

This site needed to showcase the man as much as his art.

Showcasing the best downtown in South Jersey. This site needed to show local flavor while being easily customizable by the client.

Shopify Projects

Nerd Mall required converting an existing WordPress & Woocomerce site to run on the Shopify eCommerce platform. Extensive theme customization was required to meet the clients needs. Additional functionality was added such as automatic order printing.

This collaborative effort included theme customization, and custom javascript to build a direct to consumer web experience.

Other Projects

Board Game Market Price Lookup Tool

Created for Tiki Tiki Board Games, this tool queried the API of BoardGameGeek.com to retrieve marketplace data. This data was then used to determine the retail price for used board games. The tool converted foreign currency to US Dollars by using additional financial APIs to receive realtime conversion rates. The ability to query a database of card sleeves sizes was eventually added as well.

App Management CMS

Created for Island officials, App Management was a fully functional CMS with user accounts, permissions, and separate front and backend interfaces. Programmed from the ground up in PHP, its function was to allow clients to update data in their iOS and Android apps in real time.

Orion's Labyrinth

Orion’s Labyrinth was a “Flappy Bird” style game I made in Unity3D to promote the release of Orion’s Odyssey on DSiWare and the 3DS eShop. Orion’s Labyrinth was available for iOS, Android, and Amazon devices.

Halo Reach At A Glance

Halo Reach At A Glance was developed for iOS and allowed users to see recent gameplay stats by searching a users Xbox Live Gamertag. The app queried a server running custom PHP code, which made API calls directly to the game developer’s server. The app also provided information on daily and weekly in game challenges. Sadly the app was discontinued once the game developer stopped supporting the API.
